serious, not always easy to get the security code from my bank in the countryside, mobile doesn't work. (a small gift from Traclet would please me. Thank you)

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 03/01/2017

Hello, As previously indicated, our distributor sent us this type of leather mitten for larger sizes. If this one does not fit, please let us know as previously suggested. Best regards, Traclet

The size did not fit. I therefore returned the package as planned and received the second package by return mail.

PERFECT SITE. "ONLINE STORE" of quality offering and providing very beautiful products. (So much so that one of my grandsons (6 years old) after trying on one of his grandpa's hats, received at Christmas, asked me to order him one. "Isn't the truth spoken by children!"

A model of e-merchant: good product, good logistics, good customer relationship, good after-sales service (tested following a mistake on my part regarding the size of a product). Impeccable customer experience!
