Disappointed by the color, the olive green is actually more brownish. The problem with ordering online, the colors of the photos are not faithful. I also thought the material would be a bit thicker. As a result, the rounded shape on top looks

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 13/09/2025

Hello,
We thank you for sharing your opinion and we understand your disappointment regarding the color and texture of your cap. The variations between the photos and the actual products can sometimes be misleading. We take your feedback into consideration to improve our services.
For this felt bomb cap, the color is in loden color which is not olive green.
For the quality of the felt, we have all qualities as on this model we have this model at 26 euros but models in waterproof wool felt at 55 euros and a model in rabbit fur at 210 euros.
The quality of felt being very different.
Remaining at your disposal to find a solution.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

Easy and clear navigation. just a small remark regarding the invoice where the hat that was 90 euros on the site is listed at 75 euros on the invoice. I suppose this is the price without VAT, but I would like you to confirm it. Thank you;
