Very happy with my purchase. Fast, exact dimensions. Perfect.
However, for leather care, how to do it? What should I use as a care product please?
Thank you again

Honestly very good transaction!
Fast and efficient, the hat is perfect
The site is clear.
Second hat I buy with them and having dealt with customer service (for a 3rd) once with them, easy to reach, friendly and professional. And always finds common ground. Can't wait to buy a hat from you again hahaha
Thank you for existing for those who love a bit exotic hats.

Order received well packaged. The quality of the product is mediocre. Poor quality straw ribbon in velvet instead of being in ottoman.
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Regarding the quality of the straw, we can do it with finer straw but the price will be double because our straw is already of classic quality but a finer one will give a hat at around 120 euros. Then as we indicate, the ribbon is in velvet and not in ortolan. As a manufacturer, it is possible to do everything, however, the price will not be the same. Finally, we make hats with the specific ribbon of each association but also each loop of each village. Remaining at your disposal. We wish you a nice day. Best regards, Traclet Sébastien
