I had to pay return shipping for the exchange. In the end, I will pay much more for the item than in a physical store.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We completely understand your frustration regarding the return fees and the final cost of your purchase.
To date, we have not found a solution to have free shipping costs; if you have a solution, we are of course willing to implement it.
On our side, we are already covering the return, and we are currently unable to cover all shipping costs.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards,
Traclet Sébastien
