For this felt bomb cap, the color is in loden color which is not olive green.
For the quality of the felt, we have all qualities as on this model we have this model at 26 euros but models in waterproof wool felt at 55 euros and a model in rabbit fur at 210 euros.

The hat was too big. The return process went perfectly. However, the return postage was at my expense at full price. Ideally, the return should be free to ease concerns about sizing. At a minimum, a negotiated rate between Traclet and a carrier that the customer could benefit from. It cost me €12 to try on a hat. I have a 61cm head circumference, but I read in your comments that the hat runs small.
I took the trouble to call your company, and your salesperson encouraged me to take the size above...

I call again, and I am told that if I can fit a finger between the hat and my head, it's one size too big; I am therefore about to return the item, except that the return costs are at my expense, while you are the source of the error...
