Everything went well, except for the fact that having paid by check and not having news of the order, I contacted customer service who sent it to me right away.

Aesthetically this item totally met my expectations, but it was too big. Its head circumference was 58.5cm, instead of 56/57.
I returned it on the day of receipt, Friday 13/12/24, requesting an exchange for a size 'S'. On the phone, I was told a delay of 9/10 days as it was being restocked.
