I know this is not really objective but don't change anything your site is easy, the delivery was great the delivery person even called me to receive the package, the product is of very good quality, buying French there are still good things in our territory :), I obviously recommend this very serious site.

The service is very good, fast and careful shipping! The hat I ordered, a Gavroche beret is very pretty, but I am disappointed that it is made in China! I ordered on your site which promotes a know-how of the Hatmaking for over a century - 1880 in Rouanne - that’s what I read about your History and so I expected a made in France product. Total disappointment when I read the label. Could I have had the same product on a dropshipping site at a cheaper price? I wonder... it’s a shame.

Customer service attentive, fast delivery in 48h, good quality price product (beret). Just one issue with the site that charged two orders in a row without having authorization from my bank for the first. To be reviewed, how is this possible? There are 2 different addresses, one in Paris, one in Roanne, you immediately think of an online scam...

Impeccable from start to finish. Nothing to say except that the choice of fleece caps is shrinking year by year. Too bad...
