Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
As always satisfied... I waited 50 years to have a Cousteau type hat.... Jacques Yves was a model for me at the age of 10 where the episodes of the Calypso developed my spirit of compassion for the animal kingdom... inevitably, engaged in the National Navy, I spent 2 and a half years underwater in nuclear submarines... and receiving this hat made sense, in homage to the Toulon forges, sacrificed to try the prototypes of the first diving suits, I saw myself as a child, proud of this hat... Thank you

I was lucky to receive my order, because for other orders made on other sites, Chronopost decided not to deliver to the requested pickup point. You have to go to their center. Thank you

I ordered an Arctic Duvet cap which I requested to exchange because it was really too big. All this was done in record time and I want to highlight the efficiency of the representatives of the Traclet hat shop.
