Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Item conforms to the order although it had to be modified after validation since the registered product had nothing to do with my ordered basket. But everything was sorted out after an email sent to the seller.
Delivery a bit long (3 weeks) due to stock shortage

Many models. However, it is a pity not to have any size in cm on the one-size models. This resulted in a return because it was far too small. Only my 12-year-old child could wear it. It is also a pity not to have staff available by phone.

Very responsive and good advice for a remote order. Full price without any discount but we can't have everything in an emergency.

I recently discovered the Traclet hat shop while looking for a walking stick. I was able to order a engraved pilgrim staff. I am satisfied with the ordered product that I was able to submit to 40km of walking and the professionalism of the customer service. It's a flawless experience!!!

Fast delivery, good quality cotton, but I had ordered a size s/m bucket hat and I was delivered a size l/xl bucket hat.
