Received very quickly. Well packaged with a hat support. Just missing the small cork strips for possible adjustment. Good value for money.

I found the site while looking for a way to shrink a too big straw hat. I was looking for an easy way since I'm not skilled in sewing.
This system is very practical and quick to execute.

Hello, it's a pity there are no more brown tricorn hats, I'm not sure to take before, best regards.

Very good service but, since the hat was not my size, I had to return it at my expense via Bpost. It's very costly.
