Excellent! Bravo and thank you for preserving the French tradition of straw hats. I made this purchase for my farmer son, he is delighted

I received the delivery but I am being asked to pay another 20.50 CHF to pick up the package. However, during my order, the shipping fee was already included in the price. Therefore, I still have not picked up the package before having an explanation. And if I have to pay this amount, I will directly return it and demand a refund.

Best regards.

First order! No particular problem regarding the site BUT A BIG PROBLEM as soon as the item is not available, I only received information about a restocking issue AFTER I had placed, validated, and paid for the order! I did not appreciate at all this principle of not informing at the time of the order!

An incredible choice of hats with many search criteria: TB. One downside: regularly, no way to return to the previous page after consulting the details of an item that caught my attention.

The delivery is reliable and serious.
However, the weak point is the customer service which does not offer prepaid product returns (as is often done today in mail order).

I am satisfied with the site and the after-sales service, too bad that return shipping costs are not covered for an exchange due to a size that does not fit.
