I am satisfied with my order although the price is relatively high. When I ordered, I received a message indicating waiting for restocking. No delay, no approximate delivery date, then nothing. In terms of communication, improvements are needed...

Navigation on the site is way too slow. The cardboard packaging was visibly poorly taped because when I received my package it was completely open.

15 days of customs clearance but you are not to blame. It's specific to Réunion. Otherwise, product arrived in 4 days.
