The best hat advice site I have ever known, it even surpasses the biggest in its precision and I learned a lot there. The best availability in advice by phone, no waiting time.

I had a lot of difficulties making the payment: tried with PayPal then with Visa, impossible to pay. Your site then refused to connect me for 24 hours. I had to order from Cdiscount (without any problem). 2 days later I was able to order a second cap on your site. Other than that, your products are impeccable.
