Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Order compliant except for the specific request for empty strap boxes. You sent me cardboard gusset cases that have nothing to do with the original strap boxes. If you could send me 3 boxes that would be ideal.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, it would be a pleasure to send you strap cases but we do not have any in stock and those provided with the straps we cannot remove. That is why we sent you pouches. We hope for your understanding. Best regards, Traclet

The positive: a lot of choice. The negative: you should not announce shipments within 24 to 48 hours when you do not meet the deadlines (received after 4 days)

As much as the product seems to be of quality, the letter added as a supplement is of more than mediocre quality and to make matters worse, the letter in question cut the inner fabric. I am waiting to offer it to return it in order to have a non-damaged one.

This is not the first time I ordered and I am happy with my newsboy cap. Because I have a hard time finding one especially for my small head (54cms) so it fits well and nice color.
