Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

The site is quite well made

Difficult site, I had to call to order

I am particularly satisfied with the hat and the delivery. To nitpick I could say that the packaging could be prettier.
I recommend!

See below

pleasant and efficient service

Good site where I have already ordered, without any problems.
This time, with a payment by check, a tiny issue with shipping. But Taclet quickly resolved the problem.

ergonomic, pleasant to visit

Commercial and accommodating, attentive (customer service by phone)

Well-made site, with beautiful products and choice.
Too bad there isn't, in addition to the existing photos, a photo of the hat worn by the main face shapes.
For white hats, a different background than white would help to better perceive them.

very good, clear, you quickly find what you are looking for, a wide choice (even in large sizes) for women

Fast delivery; packaging ok.

Quality product. Seller available, understanding and attentive to any questions. Perfect!

Excellent site with many choices

Very good site, important choice of hats for all styles, accessible prices for quality products.

Good description

Product received within 3 days as described.

Clean and careful delivery. Product conforms to the description.

As always, nothing to complain about

Very good site, fast.

Responsive hotline / hat delivered on time / good quality / a bit expensive though...

The site works poorly from a mobile phone.

Easy to use. The sending of the order and delivery is slow.

Good, I like

Hat conforms, delivery time respected and item well packaged

Clear site, complete (guide to choose the hat size, care tips...), serious, order shipped quickly and customer service available.

I am very satisfied with my order

fast shipping

Excellent site. Meets my expectations.

The service, shipping, and packaging are always perfect; the contacts are very friendly. The models are original and of excellent quality.

Varied choice and fast delivery

Hello, like many, I went to other sites. But yours caught my attention for the quality-price ratio. I have no complaints about the service you provided from navigating your site to payment. No complaints either about the tracking of my order from your company to the arrival at the recipient. Unfortunately, as specified in the return document, this does not suit my surroundings. Too bad, it's really a quality product. Since you asked for my opinion, I would like to make a suggestion. You should do like for glasses now the possibility to try the hat(s) by selfie to get an idea before purchase. This would avoid a round trip at 9 euros, the only downside. Because I admit that I will not recommend because of this. Thank you

No problems from order to receipt, product conforms to our expectations.
