Normally announced in 15 days, the order took a month to reach me. I contacted customer service twice. I was supposed to be contacted after the first call and nothing happened.

Serious site, fast and careful shipping and especially the majority of hats made in France, which is what I was looking for.

Very interesting site. Difficulty in properly defining the head circumference; at a flexible centimeter 58 and upon receipt a bit large even with the cork bands.

Nothing to complain about. Perfect hat and packaging too. Only the Colissimo delivery was long but due to La Poste and not Traclet.
