The notifications following the order contain many errors: no date, no summary of the products, link to Colissimo not working (tracking code incorrectly filled in automatically)

I bought this same product in Sweden, it will be 30 years next month! I was desperate to find the same one, Traclet did it!! "Hat" if I may say! And moreover, order received in 48 hours. Bravo and thank you. DS

I found this site very well built, and really very reassuring. The product sheets are well made in my opinion, and make you want to place an order. The ordering process is not bad... but could be improved if users were not forced to create an account before placing an order. There are sites where the order allows you to create an account without 'blocking' the user. Wide choice of payment, it's very pleasant.

Size 54 is my usual size. For the Black Cotton Trilby, this 54 turned out to be a bit smaller. I can barely put it on my head. For my previous order, it was perfect...
