A delivery scheduled for 3 weeks but after a month, no news. However, as soon as I requested a refund, my hat was sent. In short, not much customer follow-up, it's a shame.

All good, happy with a Stetson Michigan wool felt hat I purchased, outstanding product and quality, best prices compared to other shops. Quick delivery too. Big thanks to Traclet.

The walking stick is very beautiful but I am a bit disappointed because I had requested a customization and it was not done completely... The phrase I asked to be written is missing and a symbol.

Beautiful quality gavroche hats but the front part is too rigid. A little flexibility would make your products perfect
