Very good product.
But the delivery was a disaster. The box was completely smashed. Forced to fit into my mailbox. It's a miracle that my package was in one piece.

Hello, I sent you an email yesterday. The Panama was a birthday gift .... finally a real Panama. I am surprised and disappointed that the hat was not delivered with a storage box or at least a dusty bag. Likewise, I would have liked a folding instruction .... I went back to the site. It's a very nice product, only the delivered hat does not exactly match the photos of the ad for a Trilby Radcliff ref. 2428 (4 photos show a slanted straight brim at the front which is not the case here). I am even more disappointed as I have been wearing a hat of this type for 5 years.
