Satisfaction is not complete because the delivered cap is not the color mentioned on the site. When you buy an anthracite gray color, you expect the reflection of the selected shade... however, the model received is BLACK, completely black for the outer part (visible) and only 'Scottish' gray for the underside of the visor!!
You will easily understand our dissatisfaction!!! However, my husband decided to keep the cap because the size suited him.

Too little communication on the order and delivery tracking. Fortunately, the quality of the product is present and meets my expectations. We'll see with time...

Product delivered not conforming to the order (color error). Very quick response to my request for exchange. I was promised a shipment of the correct color with a return slip.
Waiting, hoping for a quick return.

Good site but it might be preferable to remove the hats in TU. I thought they were adjustable but no, the received hat is too big.

No navigation issues on the site. Delivery made as indicated. The appearance of the product was not at all in line with the model presented. Too wide. Product returned to the hat shop Traclet. Today, waiting for a refund.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, what shape did you want? Indeed, the Irish shape is like any Irish cap, it is quite wide; the photos on the site clearly show its ample shape on the sides. If you want a less wide shape, there are either the Brooklyn shapes or the Belfast shapes. Best regards, Traclet.

The hat does not resemble the photo very much. The color and the fur are different.

Delivery in 3 weeks and a few days, followed up by phone twice. No feedback from the store on the delay. Had to settle for a 'product being restocked'.

I would have liked to send to a different recipient than the billing address. This is impossible on your site.

The site is well done but you should include the dimensions of the hats.

Impossible to reach customer service by phone. Unable to pay with Paypal. Lack of information on the inner linings. 3 points to resolve. Fast delivery and good product.

Fast delivery but the package was very damaged and open; fortunately, the item was fine, but for the price paid, it is still disappointing.

Site okay, delivery okay, but one of the two models is a bit tight even though I provided the same size of 58.

The hat is very nice. Too bad that a chrono post delivery within 24 hours costs 9 euros, and the package takes 3 days...

A quick order processing, the product matches the photos and description on the site. I take away one star for the packaging... It would have been preferable to use a taller box which would have avoided the cap arriving a bit deformed...

Disappointed by the quality of the cap: . on the top, there was a sewing defect, an irregularity in the pattern and threads were sticking out! . still on the top a false diagonal crease!

Delivery was 'almost' express, TNT did not deliver to the indicated address, they left the package in one of their agencies 50km from the delivery location!! After my call, delivery was okay the next day as planned. Otherwise, the order is compliant, beautiful products, well packaged, I will probably place other orders!
