Order placed on 04/06/2020, without news for 2 weeks I send a message and receive a response on the 20th saying: "The wide-brimmed hat will be shipped at the beginning of next week. Normally, you should receive it Wednesday or Thursday at your home." Not receiving anything, I follow up and receive a response on the 26th informing me that the production of the hat was completed that day. Additional delays are not always a problem, but sometimes you may need a product within a specific timeframe and - if necessary - need to organize if timely delivery is not possible.
