The ordered hat did not match the photo on your site (Cousteau hat). Indeed, the cuff is much too large (2/3 of the hat!) whereas in the photo on the site, the cuff does not exceed 1/3 of said hat. I called one of your advisors, very understanding, who advised me to return it for an exchange. I hope the exchange will be perfect and that I will have it before Christmas.
