The choice of color was not practical: the color chart offered colors that were difficult to match with the photographs (Saint Nazaire Moko hat). I had to call the online sales service to ensure that I would receive the correct color, which fortunately was the case, and the person I spoke to was friendly, attentive, and efficient. In short, they just need to improve the presentation of the color choices for this item - (and perhaps for others)

Good evening, the delivery is dreadful, almost a month to receive the order, plus the delivery person did not want to come up to my apartment even though my building has an elevator. I advise you to stop working with Chronopost, they are awful. I am a person with a motor disability and I had to go pick up the package 3 km from my home by taxi when they could have left the package with the building's caretaker or at the post office at the bottom of my building.

Order date 05 11 2023 and delivery date 16 12 2023. One and a half months (and 2 reminder messages) to receive my order while the three hats were classified as available in the catalog. Moreover, the hats were poorly packaged and 2 were deformed, one of which is slightly misshapen. I cannot say that I am satisfied.

I ordered on your site which promotes a know-how of the Hatmaking for over a century - 1880 in Rouanne - that’s what I read about your History and so I expected a made in France product. Total disappointment when I read the label. Could I have had the same product on a dropshipping site at a cheaper price? I wonder... it’s a shame.
