Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Perfect delivery, received on time and on the announced day.
Quality hats, very good craftsmanship and more than conforming to the site's description.
I highly recommend Traclet if you are looking for a worthy headwear.

Hello, quality product but a few defects noted. To note glue marks on the top middle of the hat/cap and on the front seam (middle front of the leather). Threads from sewing not removed but the stitching is good in itself (finishing oversight without impacting the quality of the seams). It's still a shame for this type of good quality product expected for the price. Best regards

You have such a huge choice of hats that unless a specific style is going to be ordered, hours can pass scrolling the different styles. Not a complaint but I could have stayed on the site for hours

So far, I am more than satisfied. I was waiting for a restock of a 'gavroche'. It took some time but they did not forget: I was notified as soon as it was available again, I ordered, I received my item quickly and it is just magnificent! I am very happy. Thank you :-)
