The site is very efficient. Wide choice of models. However, it lacks more large sizes, beyond 62. The delivery was fast. The packaging was careful..

Compliant with the product purchased on the site, delivery less fast than announced but very correct delay (1 week between order and delivery). Beautifully made product!

Having had a small issue with a previous hat that was no longer available, I returned it and received a credit for another model which I am perfectly satisfied with. It took a bit of time, but everything went perfectly, thank you again for your professionalism.

Very good advice from the merchant over the phone a few months ago. I repeated an order this year, for a beret: the advice on the product sheet is accurate, the shipping very fast, another five out of five that is good for e-commerce!
