Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Well-designed and pleasant site, huge choice of hats, caps, etc... for men, women, and children.
Prices are still reasonable, and low-quality products are absent.

Customer service +++. I was able to benefit from excellent advice because this site has a physical store, so they have good knowledge of their products. Product exchanges accepted. I recommend.

Site a bit slow, order took a long time to arrive and no response from customer service. We will excuse them given the situation (Covid). Otherwise, the product seems to be of good quality and meets my expectations.

I recommend La Maison TRACLET. Having had a payment issue, I sent an email and the matter was resolved upon receipt of my email, which means a very serious company.

Customer service is excellent, as someone always answers the phone. The site is amazing for the range of choices but the descriptions of the items are not always complete. Example: lined or not? what material? This is important for very hot places. Edgam

Pleasant site, the choice is vast and seems to be of good quality. Well-known brands are present in the virtual store. It might be interesting to have more photos showing the hats and caps in context. Fast delivery, products conform to the request. I am satisfied with the received products.
