Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
I apologize for several reasons... Firstly, I did receive my order. I pressed the wrong button without being able to go back. Secondly, my first email was a mistake because the confirmation for the arrival of my order ended up in Gmail's spam folder... I hardly ever check it. I went to pick up my hats at the pickup point after calling your store (because I was worried about not receiving them). The young man was very helpful. I thank him again by the way. Best regards. Mr. Felden

Serious - fast - competent -1 star because the descriptions of the hats are a bit too 'copy/pasted' between the different models, making it difficult to make a choice...
