Last year, I ordered a hat for my husband. Everything went well. I ordered one for myself (size 55 cm). The label says 55 cm, but it actually measures 53 cm. I would like to return it and order another size. I really like the quality, but the size was a bit different this year.

Hello Hanna,
Thank you for your feedback and your loyalty. We are delighted that you appreciate the quality of our hats and we understand your concern regarding the size.
For the quality, it's normal in 2025, you ordered a natural straw hat while in 2026, you ordered a paper straw hat, hence a different quality of straw and model.
Don't hesitate to contact us for any assistance regarding the return and exchange, we are here to help you.

Disappointed by the hat I bought. On the shopping site, you are asked to specify the size 56, 57, 58, etc... only to finally receive a size S, M, or L that does not correspond precisely to your size. The inner band is made of PVC (synthetic leather), which promotes sweating. There are significant color defects in the raffia, poorly placed, which I had to correct with a dye. So it's a meh because at this price, the quality is not there.
