Surprised by the price difference announced on an internet platform and that of the Traclet site. I reported it to Tracket.
The difference was €50 ???

Happy with the products of my order, exactly matching the proposal of the site and perfect size. I take away one star because of delivery issues, only one item out of two in the package. But after contacting TRACLET, the problem was resolved very quickly, the second item was sent again and everything is OK. Surely a small issue at the start of shipping, nothing serious.

Very good site, the problem threshold of 'size' is that the size guide mentioned on the site is not valid for all your chapkas. This makes purchasing on your site very risky.

The winter cap is perfect, well cut and elegant but the summer one is disappointing and a bit too small which makes it uncomfortable

Quality product that meets my expectations, some mix-ups regarding the state of the online stock and the delivery time. Good communication from Traclet regarding my order

Good but it's difficult to determine your size well. And since return shipping is paid, it doesn't encourage trying purchases.

The product is in accordance with the order. However, I do not express my satisfaction with five stars because the box arrived half open. I think the paper tape to close the box is not strong enough. Best regards.

1st order with TRACLET as there are no hat makers in my city, order received as expected, the hats are of good quality. Experience to be renewed in some time after appreciating wearing these hats.
