HELLO
I received my Stetson Hammond hat, but the feather was not there.. Is it an oversight?

The site is good, but there is a delay in delivery, I think you should have informed me, which would help me to wait. Moreover, according to commercial rules, the charge should only be made when the item has been shipped, not before

Very good store, beautiful items, good quality price ratios. The time between order taking, preparation, and shipping of the package seemed a bit long to me, but this is largely compensated by the quality of the product.

Regarding the tricorns, add a photo gathering the different tricorns, which would allow better visualization of the differences between each model. It's better for making a choice.

Very good site, appreciable choice and quality, especially when living in the Province where hat shops are rare. Discounts (by email) would be appreciated by customers as some models remain expensive. The packaging could also be improved, with a simple round cardboard box to store the hat, which would enhance the site's quality image.
