Some products have a well-detailed description and others not at all. There is clearly an improvement to be made on this side.

The site indicates one size fits all while the product is offered in a specific size. Moreover, the ribbons are described as black, while they are blue. There are not enough photos on the site.

Complete and easy to use site, however my disappointment with one of the 2 products is related to the lack of representation of the products in context: that is to say on a real head

Some difficulties regarding the size and the way the purchased item is presented on the site despite having been precise in the order but overall correct responsiveness (return for size change).

Serious sales site. Aligns with competitors. No disappointment with the quality of the products.
Small disappointment regarding the non-coverage of shipping costs for exchanging a product with an incorrect size.
