Customer service attentive, fast delivery in 48h, good quality price product (beret). Just one issue with the site that charged two orders in a row without having authorization from my bank for the first. To be reviewed, how is this possible? There are 2 different addresses, one in Paris, one in Roanne, you immediately think of an online scam...

The site is a bit confusing but with time you can manage. A bit more clarity would be a plus.

Navigating the site went well, I easily found what I was looking for. However, I found the cap slightly under-packaged and not very high quality either.

Unfortunately, it is quite complicated to find what you want on your site, which would benefit from being simplified. I found what I wanted, but it took time. It's a shame because otherwise the service is of good quality.

Well-designed site, easy to use, fast delivery in the announced time slot, however it seems that the announced size is slightly smaller than the actual (size 58 ordered just after trying on)

Very good. Fast delivery. I would have liked this sailor cap to be thicker and therefore warmer.

I am very satisfied with Traclet, very good communication. My package was delivered late due to the Post not respecting delivery times and not keeping its commitments. They do not come and say they presented themselves at your home.
