I am generally happy with my order, but one of the berets ordered is not Made in France and seems of lower quality... and this was not specified on the site. Otherwise, the other 3 are perfect, the quality and fit of the berets are very good.

Too bad the ordered hat was not in a box that could be placed in the mailbox. Fortunately, I was home when the mail carrier rang the bell. I had chosen the colissimo delivery without signature, since this hat could fit in the mailbox.

Stetson hat received quickly and as described. The only disappointment is that I thought it would be delivered in a storage box so I could store it when not in use. Hence my one star less.

Since it's a gift, I hope it will be fine; in any case, it's exactly what I was looking for.

Elegant hat! Maybe make shipping boxes that correspond to the size of the hat because slightly folded on the sides, it has lost its shape a bit.

A bit of imprecision on sizes (2 hats in TU really tight while they are announced for my size) but everything else is perfect.

The delivery took 1 month because I paid with Paypal which did not transmit to Traclet.

The sad part is poorly sewn and therefore not fully visible, otherwise the hat is cool.

This beret is good, but the quality has decreased compared to the last one bought a few years ago. The fabric is less dense.

The toque gives complete satisfaction, size, price, quality, color. The expected delay was from two to three weeks, it arrived in 14 days, nothing to say, it's perfect.

Complete shop, fast and careful shipping. The only downside, and not the least, is that they did not provide free returns. Returns at the customer's expense unlike other online merchants.

Easy order on the site, fast delivery, nice product even if it is made in China, nice effect with the fake white fur, I recommend Traclet because I have never been disappointed, I had already ordered a toque and a hat
