Well-designed site and relatively clear for product searches. It's a shame the reporting requests for out-of-stock products and those back in stock do not work... So you have to be attentive and check the site regularly.

Very fast shipping, the item matches exactly the description and the requested size. Moreover, the site offers an immense choice of hats of all kinds and for every occasion, I had already ordered once in the past and was very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Effective. I would just criticize your site for not being able to clearly distinguish between delivery location and billing address if the names are different when placing orders. Fortunately, I was able to correct the mistake by phone.

Good value for money. Size 60 a bit tight, 61 would be perfect. A size adjustment would be welcome.

Despite an initial error on the delivered product, the Traclet team was very responsive to correct the issue and redeliver the correct hat.

Navigating the site is quite pleasant and easy. The range of products is interesting and there is quite a bit of choice. The description of each product is clear and the origin (country of manufacture) is often indicated (Note: a nice finish regarding the Italian workshops).

The quality of the ordered item is very good. The product is well finished and true to the model presented on the site. I would recommend without hesitation.

Practical and simple site, but the item was advertised as available when it was actually out of stock, and the delivery times were much longer than initially indicated.

Had some difficulty completing the order but eventually made payment through PayPal on & March.. Once I followed up the order requesting when it would be delivered I was informed about its dispatch and all went well. But there was some delay between placing the order (7 March) and only dispatched on 29 March.

The site is very good. Navigation is very easy.

The product corresponds to my order. But the announced delivery time displayed (48 H) does not match reality. I had to follow up by email after 5 days for the shipment to be made.

Ordered on January 27 in the smallest size possible (and yes I have a small head) so necessarily not in stock, I finally received it in mid-March. Very attentive and responsive seller, we were able to communicate via messenger (Facebook) for the follow-up of the restocking during all this waiting time. In the end, a cowhide hat, border type, straight from Australia which is just superb! Package perfectly wrapped and protected, the hat suffered no damage! Good hat shop that I recommend, you just have to be patient when ordering a small size because the standards in hats are necessarily more available than others but the site has plenty of options so you always find what you want!

Too few small size hats. I set an email alert on the Shannon model size 53 over a year ago, still no news.

Product available on the site but physically not available.

Nothing to complain about, there is a wide choice and at all prices, happy to have found what I was looking for.
