Good quality. Maybe a bit tight for a large head! The visor, too stiff, prevents any aerial vision once the cap is well pushed down. Velcro too short for ear protectors.

Purchase of a good quality beret, lacks a bit of density. Good quality/price ratio nonetheless.

I had already ordered this cap a few years ago but since it was too tight on my head so I had to buy the same one with a size up, 60/61 cm by measuring the head circumference and it's good. Before, there was no size (large), it was less practical to order, it's better now. It is warm for autumn/winter and covers the ears. Not machine washable.

Very satisfied Compliant with my order. Size 58/59 indicated on the site -> size given by the label: size 58. Fortunately, the size fits! Note that the use of the flap for the ears modifies the head circumference size.

Very good site, clear and practical. Package well wrapped. The holiday periods must have caused shipping delays. I had to call the store after a week... The package hadn't been sent... But then I received it in 48 hours, so no problem, but that's why I don't give 5 stars. The seller on the phone was very nice.

After a little stress at the order because I hadn't received a confirmation email (but this wasn't the only company this year), I sent an email to the hat shop which replied quickly. The package arrived well and meets my expectations.

Order of a beret
Product conforms, seems to be of good quality (not tested as it's for a gift)
However, average packaging, just a label saying very fragile, but the envelope arrived in bad condition.
Luckily it was just a flat beret

Easy to place an order. I was asked for the 504 Tropic Ventair. Nowhere did I find all these terms together on the site. By going to the manufacturer's site (US), I could see that the images and descriptions matched.

It is smart to only make one shipment when one of the purchased items needs to be ordered; you wait for all items in the order to be present before triggering the delivery. Very good.
However, the customer is left in the dark: until when should I wait? and if it's on a day when I'm not there? where are they damn it?
That's why I only give 4 stars.
