Order of a navy blue night cap, one size Ref RC074X.
One size too tight to fit all adults and teenagers. The quality seems acceptable.

Good reception on time, quality hat. Given the price, a nicer box and a note accompanying the hat would have been a good idea.

Regarding the site, it's perfect. For the ordered item, I will wait a bit longer before declaring myself satisfied or not.

A wide choice of items, while there are hardly any hatters left in town. Good quality item (hoping this will be confirmed with use) for a very reasonable price

I asked if they could add a second one if they had it. I was given the answer with the shipment. I would have preferred to be told by email and I could have added another cap. But maybe I wasn't clear!

Clear site, filled with good products, details, and advice. However, I think there are products that will no longer be restocked (depending on sizes), it should be more explicit on this point.

Difficult to navigate the site, as it lacks sorting options (everything at once for example.)
Order from Friday received on Monday, impeccable packaging and item compliant with the description. Good purchase

The site is well made. The hat I received is of good quality. Only downside: I ordered a size 56/57 and received a size 57, so a bit too big. A detail, however.
