The price of my hat was 19.00 euros at the end of the series with a photo as proof. At the time of placing my order, the price was no longer the same 35 euros. I reported it to the Traclet house who asked me for the proof photo. To this day I have no response. Not very commercial, disappointed.

Hello, all my orders have been fulfilled very satisfactorily. However, I would like to point out that some products (a half Stetson top hat, for example) are offered as "favorites" and "coming soon" for months without any way to obtain them, which is frustrating and prevents a replacement purchase.

I am satisfied with the site and the after-sales service, too bad that return shipping costs are not covered for an exchange due to a size that does not fit.

Aside from a bit of difficulty with the order because I didn't know if my item was available, I am satisfied with the rest of my purchase, and especially with the speed of delivery.

Site a bit slow, order took a long time to arrive and no response from customer service. We will excuse them given the situation (Covid). Otherwise, the product seems to be of good quality and meets my expectations.

Customer service is excellent, as someone always answers the phone. The site is amazing for the range of choices but the descriptions of the items are not always complete. Example: lined or not? what material? This is important for very hot places. Edgam

Why not put a photo of the hat worn by a mannequin? This would facilitate the projection of the result on oneself and also allow for a better understanding of the dimensions of the hat.
