Despite customs difficulties penalizing the shipment since July 5, I must say that the item is of good quality and the shipment very careful.

It would be nice to have all available colors for each type of hat instead of one page opened per color.

I am very satisfied with the TRACLET brand, fast and efficient. Regarding the site, improvements are needed: I bought a leather cap, but there is no specification about the type of leather on the presentation page!! It is only after on the invoice that it is specified as nappa leather, which is not sufficient as it can mean many things. That said, the cap is of excellent quality! Thank you.

In fact, the beanie does not fit me. The one size fits all is too small for my head.

Well-constructed site - easy contact to answer questions. Indicated sizes are really very small: why such a discrepancy!

Excellent choice on the site, absolutely impeccable.
The delivery times are, however, very often much too long but well announced, which compensates a bit. I followed up with the site after the 4 weeks announced for the delivery of the hat, on a Monday; I had a representative informing me in writing about the arrival of the package at the end of the week and that was the case. Very nice double-corrugated package that consoled me from the long wait. I will use this hat, ordered in July, next summer ;-)

Very good site for choice, I am already a customer, I have already ordered many caps and hats, however, the price somewhat hinders the purchase with products that we have to pay for shipping below €70.
