Not enough filters on the site. So way too many items offered compared to the search. It's quite tedious!

Clear and easy site. However, not enough filters to find what you are looking for. As a result, way too many items offered that do not match the search. Traclet responds quickly to emails. I do regret, however, that there is no order tracking or package tracking on the account. Apart from these reservations, the hats are great and of good quality.

I would have liked to give 5 stars, unfortunately my hat is too small because I relied on the comment inviting me to choose a size below my usual size for this model.

I was surprised that an item presented ON THE SITE as belonging to the BORSALINO brand does not belong to it. SLIGHT disappointment;

I hadn't seen a delivery time when I placed the order on 11/12, 2 to 3 weeks it seems...
I only received it on 14/01 which makes almost 5 weeks!
When ordering on the site, what you see mainly in large letters is the mention of deadlines: "48 to 72h"

Order placed on the 17th, arrived on the 24th in the morning while the delivery was supposed to be 48 to 72 hours. Delivery on Christmas Eve was quite a scare and the drop-off location was not the one I requested?

I had a lot of difficulties making the payment: tried with PayPal then with Visa, impossible to pay. Your site then refused to connect me for 24 hours. I had to order from Cdiscount (without any problem). 2 days later I was able to order a second cap on your site. Other than that, your products are impeccable.

The hat itself is very beautiful. The color matches the photo presented on your site. However, regarding the ribbon, there are quite a few small threads sticking out.

I would have liked to have different views of the visor. Better see the dimensions, the closure at the back
That's the reason I didn't give 5 stars

Delivery and packaging very correct.
However, disappointed by the comfort of the cap whose defect in the assembly of the leather band inside hurts the forehead. The quality control seemed to lack rigor to me.

Hello,
A more careful packaging for shipments would be better. The cardboard is fine, but the white paper that surrounds the hat or cap is a bit 'light'...
