Product super beautiful quality.
A delay related to a special request
The downside is related to the lack of response to my email and my message on the answering machine...

Perfect... but it's a shame that shipping costs are not included in the selling price (139e still) delivery time a bit longer than indicated....

I needed a hat due to an illness where I lost my hair. This is the first time I have used Sté Traclet and I am not disappointed. I gave 4 stars because I do not know Sté Traclet. Next time it will be a 5*

2 products ordered. The hood scarf is perfect however the cap is a bit tight even though it is size 55 to 59.
However despite the payment issues good site and very well received by customer service.
I recommend because a lot of choice.
