Fast shipping and package tracking. Very courteous phone exchange to settle by phone with credit card due to a problem with my card on the site. Well packaged and nice quality cap. The gift arrived on time for my boyfriend's birthday. Kudos to the team - Highly recommended

Navigating your site is clear, and especially well categorized by category, modern history, etc... I find that some hats are a bit expensive, especially historical ones. But apart from that, you have a very nice assortment, and of quality. I recommend for those who love beautiful hats.

Hat conforms to the description. Very nice work. The hat is quite stiff which allows the wide brims to hold their shape well...
