the rating is maximum because the item is perfect but I had to return this hat which was too large.. I am now eagerly awaiting the smaller size

I have been a customer with you for a few years and I have bought 4 hats and seven caps... I am delighted with your products and their quality. I have 4 cars and I have matching headgear that matches the colors of my vehicles. I am thrilled. Well done. The last cap from an Italian brand, patchwork, and original and quite unique. Thank you for your supplies. However, the choice of your shippers is very poor.
