Very good site. I ordered from Switzerland so an additional fee of 30 frs. Hat unfortunately too small I had to return it ... fee 33 frs ... I ordered the size above and will therefore receive my package with again 30 frs of fees ... can you do something? Otherwise, I am eagerly waiting to receive it ... regards

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
We have received the return of the hat today. We had to have it remade by the manufacturer because we no longer had size XL.
Normally when returning to you, we indicate that the product is in exchange. Therefore, customs should not charge us.
Best regards

This model is just perfect! Of very good quality, carefully made with a perfect finish. The shape is superb and immediately enhances the hair and face. I can't wait to wear it this summer and on vacation in the sun!
The color is exactly the same as in the photo, I also previously bought the same model in gray as a gift, the color is very pretty too and looks great on a blonde woman!
