Only site where I found the possibility to reach someone for modifications. I wanted an all-white hat t47 which I found nowhere. There I had someone who agreed to change the ribbon to white and to narrow the hat.
And on top of that, fast delivery.

Very well made website. A very good selection of products and detailed descriptions. Having had an issue with the shipment of my package (The Post was to blame and not the Traclet site), I was in contact with customer service who was always available and had escalated the information to the Colissimo site.

Of course this does not replace the human contact we have in a store but hat shops in cities are becoming rare, there are often small shops selling hats too but there are few models. At Traclet, a lot of choices, interesting prices, a fairly detailed description of the items and very fast delivery. For people who need a deeper crown than most, you need to check the description of each hat, it's a shame because it takes more time but it's not crucial. The service provided is really very interesting.
