I received my package, perfectly packaged to protect the bottles. I haven't tasted this non-alcoholic wine yet, but I remain very optimistic about its quality. On the contrary, I am extremely disappointed with the delivery method by UPS. I paid for home delivery and ended up having to take my car to pick up my package at a relay point. The delivery against signature was scheduled for the end of the day and took place in the early morning in my absence. No contact with the delivery person, did he really come to my house? I left a negative review on the UPS site, with no response... I hope for a commercial gesture for this inconvenience. Thank you for your attention.
