Very bad experience. A size chart that does not correspond to the size of the jerseys. For the return, costs at my expense, the guy explaining to me that I made a mistake, that the fabric is stretchy, finally a lot of nonsense. Photos and comparison with another jersey, taking measurements... No consideration for the customer! 5 euros for delivery and 6 for return! I will continue to buy from Ekoï, at least the size charts correspond to the sizes of the jerseys received. Even with Rion or Darevie on Aliexpress they cover the returns and the products are of excellent quality.

The size guide we have on our site and our size help page to select (https://chefdefile.com/pages/comment-choisir-la-taille-de-son-maillot) is also the one we provide to our clubs and events (about 15,000 short-sleeve jerseys per year). We know that we have products that fit closely to the body, which is why we recommend, in case of doubt, to go for the next size up. The measurements on the size guide should be taken on the person and not on the jersey, as the fabric that makes up our jerseys is stretchy and designed to fit each person's morphology and act as a second skin. The measurement you took on the jersey does not reflect the reality of the size to select. As for our return policy, it is also indicated on our site.
