Great assortiment of products. One of the few shops that has Ichiban kuji lottery in Europe.Great customer service and active on social media facebook/twitter. Also hosts Ichiban Kuji Lottery through livestreams.Once received the wrong product and after Chibi Akihabara confirmed they sent the correct item.Customer Service is reliable and loyal customers are als rewarded points. One of my fav shops in Europe.

Ordered two one piece figurines from chibi and frankly I'm delighted, order received in 3 days, very well packaged and gift wrapped as requested.Conclusion, box in excellent condition (important for some collectors) very well packaged I highly recommend this site and if some people want to see what it gives watch on youtube the youtuber sponsored by chibi: ONE-PIECE-PASSION-TV (this is not an ad but these videos are what made me want to order on chibi-akihabara I will not hesitate to reorder!
