Damaged package, but the items are well packaged so no damage to report.
As always, quick preparation and delivery, but this time there was a bit of damage, unfortunately it happens (first time in 5 years of ordering) After contacting customer service, very responsive and efficient, everything was back to normal in a reasonable time.

I always have delays on preordered products that are related to suppliers and not to Chibi Akihabara who unfortunately can do nothing. For this reason, they sent me the products already in stock from one of my preorders as a gesture and I thank them for that.

I have been ordering for years and I have never been disappointed. Only downside is that there are more and more delays in the delivery of pre-orders.
Hello, very disappointed, I ordered 3 figurines very poorly protected in the box, so the 3 boxes are very damaged, the figurines were added back into their boxes so they were detected and then resealed, so really disappointed.
We have taken note of your review, but we have not received any report from you through our official channels before this publication, which makes the situation difficult to handle. We would like to remind you that we only sell new products, supplied by official distributors.
If the product(s) you received really had a problem, we invite you to send us photos attesting to the condition of the figurine so that we can inquire with the supplier and resolve the issue. Without this information, we unfortunately will not be able to act on your report.

I ordered a large number of Banpresto figurines, almost all of them had already been opened and the boxes re-taped. They claim to sell new products, I requested a return as soon as I received my order on December 12, which was 8 days ago, and I have had no response to date. So, look for a more reliable site!
