I am happy to have found the article on this site, because it was missing from my collection. However, and I could see in the comments that I was not the only one in this situation, I received a refurbished product. It was indeed brand new and without defects, but it had been taken out of the box, wrapped in bubbles (the products in this range are normally in a thermoformed packaging), and I had noticed that the packaging tape was doubled on the outside. In absolute terms, this is not a real problem in the sense that I do not keep anything in the box, and once again the article was indeed brand new and without defects, but given the other comments and the company's responses, it is clearly a common practice that they want to pass off as accidental. Trust and transparency are not present, and for this reason, I am removing one star and I do not think I will order from them again.

The figurines were not well protected enough in the box, bubble wrap on 180° is not enough. It needs to be placed all around underneath and above if possible. As a result, the boxes arrived crushed. Fortunately, the figurines are fine... When you choose to pay more to be delivered cleanly against signature, it would be nice not to be stuck all day waiting only to end up going to a pickup point... So yes, it's not your fault if DPD didn't do the job but having the option to choose might be better.. I still want to point out that the previous shipping team did well to end on a positive note.

I have been ordering for years and I have never been disappointed. Only downside is that there are more and more delays in the delivery of pre-orders.
Hello, very disappointed, I ordered 3 figurines very poorly protected in the box, so the 3 boxes are very damaged, the figurines were added back into their boxes so they were detected and then resealed, so really disappointed.
We have taken note of your review, but we have not received any report from you through our official channels before this publication, which makes the situation difficult to handle. We would like to remind you that we only sell new products, supplied by official distributors.
If the product(s) you received really had a problem, we invite you to send us photos attesting to the condition of the figurine so that we can inquire with the supplier and resolve the issue. Without this information, we unfortunately will not be able to act on your report.
