Perfect as usual, I never tire of ordering my figurines from this site and I won't order anywhere else! The deliveries are fast, perfectly protected, and they always do their best, so really just go for it with your eyes closed, I can't even count the number of orders I've made, but I know it's far from over!

The transport box arrived quite damaged, as did the box in which the figurine was packed, so I was worried about the figurine, but it was in good condition.

The product was originally scheduled for January, but I received an e-mail indicating that delivery had been postponed until April. In the end, it arrived at the beginning of May. This often happens with this store, but I don't mind waiting (however, I'm taking off one star because it's not the first time). If you're in a hurry to receive your pre-order, you should take this factor into consideration, as you'll see your item available elsewhere and much earlier. As for the rest, I got a great price and the parcel was well packaged.

Nothing to complain about, always top-notch

I've been ordering from the site for three years now, and I've never had a problem! including one that could have happened, but they were quick to reassure and help me. I had pre-ordered a figurine for June 2023. But it never arrived. I contacted the company in February to ask for an explanation after seeing one of their competitors selling the figurine I wanted at the convention. I understood that the problem was with the supplier and not with them, so I remained understanding and continued to wait.After 3 weeks of waiting, I still hadn't received the reimbursement, so I contacted them again, they reassured me and I waited again. I finally contacted them by email a week later, to express my concern at not having received anything. They quickly replied, reassuring me again, and within a few hours my refund arrived. Three years of loyalty and they know how to give it back, once again a huge thank you to them!
