I ordered a number of products. I received everything, in excellent condition, even if DPD didn't meet the delivery deadlines (the first time, the deliveryman didn't contact me and told the agency that I had refused delivery when I hadn't, but I was able to have it delivered a few days later, following multiple calls to customer service). As for Chibi Akihabara, there are many choices available for purchase and pre-order, and the site is very easy to use. I obviously recommend it.

I now only order from chibi Akihabara. For the visibility of upcoming pre-orders, for the presentation of the figurines in well-detailed photos and the accessibility of the menus. There's practically everything you need to become a great collector.
I find that there's not as much choice on the site as in store when you come to art to play in Nantes or elsewhere and Foix you don't find what you're looking for and it often takes a long time to order. Last year I ordered on 26/12 and 8 months later I got the parcel and it's for Christmas, but well...
